Stella Mae Morrow, age 71, of Parrottsville, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at her home.

She was a member of Jones Chapel United Methodist Church and was a loving mother and "Granny."

She was preceded in death by her parents Fate and Tennie Roberts; husband Charlie Morrow; and stepson Tom Morrow; brother Bud Roberts and sister Gene Roberts.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Larry and Tammy Woody of Parrottsville; John and Gail Woody of Erwin, TN; daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Earl Frisbee, Hartford; stepsons Jerry Morrow and wife Delores and Curtis Morrow, Parrottsville; brothers Don Roberts and Brad Roberts, Parrottsville; Jack Roberts, Newport; sisters Frances Lucille Ellison, Parrottsville; Mary Lancaster, Newport; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2009, at Jones Chapel United Methodist Church. The body will lie in state from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral. Burial will follow in Mulberry Gap Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2009, at Manes Funeral Home.
