Addalyn Grace Hartsell, one month old, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.

She is survived by her father Timothy Hartsell, mother Heather Leonard, grandparents Paulette Leonard and Terry Barker and Darlene and Jeff Gorrell, and aunts Rebecca Barker, Tiffany Hartsell, Whitney Hartsell, and Stevie Gorrell and godparents Jason and Amanda Freshour.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Manes Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Ball and Rev. Sherman Ball officiating. Burial will follow in the Inman Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the funeral services.
