Lois Munsey Gregg, 72, of Midway, passed away Wednesday,
March 13, 2013, at her home.
After winning many battles and being a hero for six
years, she lost the battle with cancer. She graduated from Greeneville Business
College in 1959 and had a successful business career at companies in
Morristown, Southern Electronics in Mosheim, Bob Smith Construction in
Greeneville, and retired from First Tennessee Bank in 2001.
She served as treasurer at Orebank Community Center for

having served as a member of the Administrative Board, secretary of the
Administrative Board, and communion steward for many years.
During retirement, she enjoyed their farm, Lonesome Pine
Farms, with her husband Willis Gregg, raising Polled Hereford cattle and
enjoying her flowers and bird feeders, especially the hummingbirds.
She loved J. R., her beloved dog, and Momma Kitty, her
cat. She enjoyed trips to Florida to visit her daughter and son-in-law Kelly
and Dave Grno, where they loved to go deep sea fishing and shopping. She and
Willis enjoyed the farm shows at Moultrie, Georgia, many times on their way to
visit Kelly.
She is survived by her loving, caregiving husband of 53
years, Willis L. Gregg; her daughter Kelly L. Gregg-Grno; son-in-law David Grno
of St. Cloud, Florida; a caregiving sister and brother-in-law June and Ronnie
