Billy Noal Maloy died January 30, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his mother Anna Norris Martine, stepfather Fred Martine, father Ted Maloy, and only son Freddy Noal Maloy.

He is survived by his only daughter Pamela K. Maloy, only granddaughter Missy (Mike) Allison, only great-grandsons Damien Holt and Dylan Allison; half-sister Charolett Maloy and half-brother Charles Maloy.
