Fred Alfred Stepp, age 81, of Parrottsville, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Life Care Center of Greeneville.

He attended Central Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents Mack and Zollie Stepp and brother James Stepp.

He is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law Rena and Kenny McEntyre of Ohio and Sarah and Bob Smith of Parma, Ohio; sister-in-law Shirley Stepp of Parrottsville; nephews Joseph and Robert Smith of Ohio; great-nephew Taylor Smith of Ohio; great-nieces Rebecca and Rachael Smith; special friend Amanda Reagan and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2013, in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel.

Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in the Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
