Billie Margaret 'Chubby' McKinney, age 65, of Luther Memorial Road, Parrottsville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday morning, February 17, 2013, at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.

She was a housewife and a member of Parrottsville Church of God.

Survivors include three children: Mary Henry, Eddie McKinney and his wife Jo Ann, and Casey Joey McKinney, all of Newport; five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; ten siblings: Jerry Lynn 'Jabo' Turner of Mosheim; Gene Douglas Turner of Parrottsville; Patricia Ann Starnes of Mosheim; Willie Drew Turner of Parrottsville; Gloria Regina Sanchez of Knoxville; Helen Williams of Mosheim; Dorothy Rebecca Manning of Newport; Angie Tan of Malaysia; and Leroy Turner and Jamie Bucklew, both of Greeneville; several nieces and nephews; and special friends John Keller and Dreama Stapleton.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne McKinney, parents Bill and Bonnie Lee Turner, and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday following visitation in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel. The Rev. Bobby Napier, the Rev. Mark Renner, and the Rev. John Keller will officiate. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013, in Price's Cemetery in the White Sands community.

Pallbearers will be Elijah Peters, Jacob Henry, Josh Wilhoit, Phillip Denny, Jeff Ray, Casey McKinney, and Eddie McKinney.
