Mickey Dwayne McCarter, age 23, of Cosby, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his father Johnny McCarter and grandparents Jack and Betty Sue Evans.

He is survived by his mother Marilyn McCarter and brother Johnathan McCarter, both of Cosby; aunts and uncles David and Lora Duvall of Morristown and Jack and Barbara Evans of Cosby; special friend David Williams 'Lil Ad', and many other special family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2013, in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kris Brady officiating. Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2013, in the Waters-Large Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
