Bernice 'Nick' Williamson, age 70, of Cosby, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at Tennova Newport Medical Center.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband Laymon Williamson, parents Stokely and Georgia Gregg, and brothers Haskell, Bud, and J. D. Gregg.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law Larry and Jennifer Williamson of Sevierville; stepsons Danny (Della) Williamson of Cosby; Stanley (Lynn) Williamson of Cleveland, Ohio; and Kevin (Sharon) Williamson of Cosby. Stepdaughters include Darlene (George) James of Newport and Karen (Doug) Cragg of Baltimore, Maryland. Her brother is Bobby (Rose) Gregg of Newport and sisters are Ruth Hall of Newport, Shirley (Jim) Sutton of Sevierville, and Francis Knight of Newport.

Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews, will be left behind.

Services are scheduled as following: a memorial service is at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013, with receiving of friends prior to the memorial service 3:00-4:00 p.m. with Rev. Fred Gregg officiating.
