Mrs. Josey Ann 'Joanne' McGaha Miller, age 73, of Jefferson City, passed away Monday evening, December 31, 2012, at Tennova Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

She was a devoted Christian.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jackie H. Miller, parents Rebecca and Marshall McGaha, sisters Violet Lovilla Price and Wilma Jean McGaha, and brother Abe McGaha.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sandra and John Abruzzo of Jefferson City, grandchildren Madison Abruzzo of Kingston, and John and Melissa Abruzzo; sisters Kay Shelton of Newport, Joan Riley of Morristown, and Wanda Carver of Canton, North Carolina; and five great-grandchildren. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2013, at the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Riley officiating. Interment will follow in the Clark Cemetery in Del Rio. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the services at Costner-Maloy.
