Mrs. Bonnie D. Beck, age 77, of Newport, went to be with the Lord Monday, December 31, 2012, at her home surrounded by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Odell Beck, to whom she was married for 47 years; parents Walter and Etta Daniels, and sister Willamae Eddington, all of Newport; brother Homer Daniels of Harriman; and two infant brothers.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kathy Beck and Roger Smith of Newport; sisters Connie Johnson of Morristown, Maxine McCarty and Mable Jaynes of Newport; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law James and Shelby Beck and Barbara and Johnny Roop of North Carolina; and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.

The family would like to thank Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice and all the friends and family who stuck by the family during their time of need. The family loves you all.

The family received friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Manes Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013, in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Scott Gorrell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Shults Cemetery.
