Mr. Ronald Keith Dawson, age 56, of Parrottsville, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at Tennova Regional Hospital surrounded by his family.

He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents Nelson and Nellie Dawson.

He is survived by his son Sanford Swagerty (Latoya), daughters LaBrea and LeKeitha Canady, grandchildren Jacobe, Jalia, Ronye', and Jameah; brother Nelson Dawson; and sisters Cheryl Dawson, Sandra Nuttall, Olivia Thomas, and Marva Harbison.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2012, at the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Bragg officiating. Interment will follow in the Faubion Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Thursday at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home prior to the funeral.
