Barbara Black Webb, age 68, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2012.

She was a member of Blacks Chapel Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Rhoda Black, brother Arlie Black, nephews Stacy Black and K. C. Moore, niece Debbie Moore, and brothers-in-law Glen Ray Ford, Berlin Benton, Carl Coggins, Creed Coggins, and David Brown.

She is survived by her husband Ralph Webb of Hartford, daughters Jessica and Jamie Webb of Hartford, Casey Brown and Stacy Morgan of Newport; granddaughter Chloe Webb of Hartford; brothers Ronald (Zola) Black and Chris (Tammy) Black; sisters Patsy Ford, Wanda Benton, Shirley Coggins, Vinita Coggins, and Joy Brown; and sister-in-law Maxine Black, all of Hartford.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2012, in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Raines and Rev. Leon Large officiating.

Burial will follow in Blacks Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2012, at Manes Funeral Home.
