Sally M. Lloyd, age 66, of Newport, Tennessee, born November 21, 1946, in Pineville, North Carolina, lost her battle with cancer at Select Specialty Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee on December 5, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her father Dotsy Eddington, three brothers, and one sister.

Sally leaves behind her daughter June Bug (Alan) Eddington of Newport, son Eric Ballard of Newport, grandchildren Sam Caldwell, Alan Caldwell, Kasey Caldwell, and Eric Williams, mother Blanche Eddington of Newport, brothers Harrison (Jenny) Eddington of York, South Carolina, L. C. (Virginia) Eddington of Rock Hill, South Carolina, and Frank (Nancy) Eddington of Newport, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends and family at her daughter's home on Willis Road, Newport, Tennessee, on Saturday, December 8, 2012.
