Lottie Lena Ensley, age 77, of Newport, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 1, 2012.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband Neal Ensley, daughter JoAnn Wiley, grandson Scottie Ensley, great-granddaughter Taelynn Stephens, sister Barbara Dean Hannah, and brothers A. L., J. C., Amon, Wills, and Tom Woody.

She is survived by her daughters Geraldine Hall and Judy Stephens, both of Newport; Janet (Tommy) Lane and Sandy Freshour, both of Dandridge; sons James 'Owen' Ensley and (Kim) and Jamie and Delitha Ensley, all of Newport; brothers Robert Lee (Alice) Woody and Crawford Woody; sisters Ollie Bell (Roger) Hannah and Patricia (George) Hannah, all of North Carolina; grandchildren Shannon, Shanna, Lethan, Lora, Eddie (Buddy), James (Bucky), Lynnita, Dwaine, Barry, Nikki, Jalynn, Jaecie, Jarren, Jarica, Jaidel, Jailah, and Jansyn; great-grandchildren Rachelle, Abbie, Zeriella, Christian, Ariadne, Damian, Hannah, Justin, Kolton, James, Cameron, Jaxson, Isaiah, Logan, Sierra, Tyler, Aiden, and Devin.

Funeral services were held at  7:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2012, in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Ellison and Rev. Cecil Baxter officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012, in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

The family received friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral services at Manes Funeral Home.
