Charles Hance, age 58, of Newport, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents Johnny and Lillian Hannon, sister Ruby Jo Sharp, and nephew Scotty Hance.

He is survived by his loving companion Lilly Walton of Newport; stepchildren Steven Walton of Newport and Amanda Logan of Sevierville; sister Anna Carol Trentham of Newport; brothers Tony Hannon of Newport and Johnny Lynn Hannon of Dandridge; nephews Mike Hance of Morristown and Chucky Hall of Newport; five grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2012, in Ray's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
