Izaaylan Scott Hopkins, two months old, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mary W. Davis, great-grandparents Charlie Mayes and Eloise Mayes, Lillian Walker, and Estel Allen; uncles Mike Davis, Todd and Joe Mayes, and cousin Emily Grace Haney.

He is survived by his parents Scott Hopkins and Casey Mayes of Talbott, sisters Talaylee Mayes, Kayiley, Natalie and Marika Hopkins, and Leah Chavez, brother Carlos Chavez, grandparents Dinah Mayes, Bill and Beulah Mayes, and David and Tracy Cosper; great-grandfather J. C. Davis; also several aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel with Rev. Kirk Haney officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral.
