Kristie Lou Turner, age 38, of Newport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 5, 2012, at Newport Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her father Bill Ottinger and father-in-law Jerry Turner.

She is survived by her husband Leon Turner; children Dylan and Mackenzie Ottinger of the home; mother Lou Ottinger of White Pine; sister Julie (Jeff) Holdway and nephew Josh Holdway; mother-in-law Mary Jannette Turner of Newport; also brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at Manes Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012, with Rev. Tommy Ball and Rev. Fred Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
