Robert Lewis "Bob" Seahorn, age 78, of White Pine, TN, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2010.

Born and raised in Jefferson County, TN, he was the son of the late William Robert and Evelyn Felknor Seahorn.

Mr. Seahorn was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, a veteran of the U. S. Army, and a member of Seahorn's Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a prosperous businessman of the Jefferson County area, owning and operating H & D Manufacturing Company and Seahorn Enterprises.

He is survived by his wife Arnolene Seahorn; two children Vanessa (Maurice) Mallia and Robb (Angela) Seahorn; three grandchildren Ian and Whitt Maddox and Francesca Mallia, sister-in-law Joan Cooper and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Seahorn's Chapel United Methodist Church, in care of Mary Dean Shugart, 875 Ketner Road, White Pine, TN 37890 or Second Harvest Food Bank, 922 Delaware Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Robert Lewis Seahorn will be held Friday, March 12, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in Farrar Funeral Home Chapel, Dandridge, with Rev. John Thompson and Brother B. J. Jenkins officiating.

The family will greet friends immediately following the service at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge.
