Birdie "Carol" Carmack, age 58, of Newport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 26, 2010.

She was preceded in death by her father Oscar Baker of Kentucky.

She is survived by her mother and step-dad Doris and Glen Spillman and sister Jeannie Benz, all of Kentucky; daughters and son-in-law Dawn and Alan Ford of Gray, TN and Danielle and Walter Webb of Cosby, TN; grandchildren Tori Ford of Gray, TN; JR, Logan, and Bryson Webb, all of Cosby, TN, and special friend Wanda Phillips of Newport.

She will be sadly missed by all her friends at Twin Islands.

The family will receive friends at Trinity Baptist Church on Thursday, February 4, 2010, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
