Mr. Lucas Richard Coggins, age 68, of Parrottsville, passed away Thursday morning, November 12, 2009, at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Association in memory of Mr. Coggins. Memorials may be sent to The ALS Association, Development Dept., 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 250, Calabasas Hills, CA 91301.
